Once again Dumbarton Golf Club lady members have been to the fore in Open competitions .
In May Rona Agnew was the winner of the bronze scratch prize at the Auchterarder Ladies Open with a fantastic score of 85.
In the Dunbartonshire and Argyll County Ladies June medal competition at Dalmally, Liz MacLean was the winner of the bronze medal and the Colonel Brock Cup with a score of 68. Congratulations to both ladies.
The ladies team had a convincing 6-1 victory over the Vale of Leven in the first leg of the Rockvale Shield. Well done Mo, Margaret, Rona, Gina, Josephine, Liz and Frances.
Lastly, congratulations to all the ladies who took part in the 5-1 victory over a team of gents captained by John Diamond.
